FERC Reopens Comment Period for Draft EIS for Eagle LNG’s Jacksonville Project to February 25

The Commission issued a notice February 7, reopening the comment period for the draft EIS for Eagle LNG Partners Jacksonville, LLC’s (CP17-41) Jacksonville Project. Comments were originally due to the Commission by January 7, but because of the lapse in funding at certain federal agencies between Dec. 22, 2018, and Jan. 25, 2019, the Commission reopened the comment period until February 25.
