Kinder Morgan Gets Authorization to Place Certain Sabine Pass Facilities in Service

The Commission’s Office of Energy Projects (OEP) issued a letter to Kinder Morgan Louisiana Pipeline LLC (CP17-22) August 31, granting Kinder Morgan’s August 24 request to place into service the Sabine Pass Liquefaction Lateral and Tap in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. On January 17, the OEP granted Kinder Morgan’s January 5 request to commence construction of the Sabine Pass Expansion Project.
