摘要

Rockies Express Pipeline (CP15-102) on Tuesday petitioned FERC for approval to turn its 600 MMcf/d Seneca Lateral project into an interstate service, arguing it will add more flexibility and facilitate its plans to flow natural gas from the east to the west (see adjacent article in this Foster Report). The Seneca Lateral includes 14.7 miles of 24- inch-diameter pipeline, as well as compression and other facilities located in Noble and Monroe counties in Ohio. The facilities’ cost was roughly $136 million.
