National Fuel Files Late Protest of Cash-Out Provisions in Transco Filing

National Fuel Gas Distribution Corp. filed a late protest of a tariff filing made by Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Co., (RP20-618; RP20-614) following several timely protests. National Fuel claimed it missed the March 11 protest deadline and its filing on March 13 should be accepted because: the proceeding is at an early stage and the Commission has not yet taken any action on the filing and accepting National Fuel’s protest won’t disrupt the proceeding; the outcome of this proceeding will directly and materially affect National Fuel; and the protest won’t prejudice or impose any additional burden on existing parties.
