Spire Pipeline Asks FERC to Extend Time to Complete Pipeline to 2021, Comments Due by June 16

On May 27, Spire STL Pipeline LLC (CP17-40) filed a request for an extension of time to Aug. 3, 2021, to complete the Spire Pipeline. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Spire said it will not be able to complete the last section of the pipeline to the MRT Interconnect by Aug. 3, 2020. Spire noted it is not seeking to change the approval of the project or otherwise amend the project’s certificate.
