摘要

in order to solve the problem that the coating on the steel components is easy to peel off, this paper proposes an innovation that a handshape element shall be added to make a new organic / inorganic handshape asymmetric and nanometer composite coating by blending method. Depending on the features owned by handshape asymmetric gecko effect and lotus effect, a super strong adhesion between the coating and base material will be formed, as well as a super extraordinary performance isolating from the residues. By this innovation, bottlenecks like the single coating layer is easy to fall off while multi-layer coating is easy to peel off. In this way, the coated steel bar can be more durable. By experiments, it is proved that for the steel components covered with nanometer composite coating has an ability of self-repairing, which can slow down the corrosion to the steel bar. For the nanometer additive with handshape element, it has some extraordinary advantages like best extensibility, best ability of self-repairing and ability resistant to corrosion.
