Uzbekistan: According to Goskom-stat, in July 2018, cement prices in Uzbekistan hit US$89.69/t. This is due to a decline in cement production in the first half of 2018. This represents an increase of 63-68% from US$55.09-62.78/t at the start of 2018. Natural gas prices have also risen, along with electricity costs.
