A Louisiana State University (LSU) historian with family ties to the state's grain industry is developing a website dedicated to tracing the history of the southern Louisiana grain processing industry.Chandler Taylor, who is pursuing masters degrees both in history and in library and information science in archival studies at LSU in Baton Rouge, has spent the last 2-1/2 years working as a graduate assistant interviewer for the T. Harry Williams Center for Oral History at LSU while writing her master's thesis: "Sowing the Wild Oats: Scandal and Crisis in the Louisiana Grain Industry, 1972-1977."
