The VA-20-ES is designed now for thread rolling of ball-head fasteners with a partial hollow shank, featuring a special feed system with a new technology that is enabling thread rolling of semi-hollow parts. The VA models combine perfect thread quality, excellent die life and a very high production rate. The closed structure VA models feature a real breakthrough in the planetary system, enabling the supplier company to offer thread rollers with longer die pocket, up to 200 and 300 mm.
