摘要

A clean and simple synthesis of 1H-pyrazolo [1, 2-b] phthalazine-5, 10-dione derivatives via one-pot four-component condensation reaction of phthalimide, hydrazine monohydrate, aromatic aldehydes derivatives and malononitrile in the presence of neodymium (III) chloride hexahydrate (NdCl3.6H2O) as an efficient and eco-friendly Lewis acidic catalyst under thermal and solvent-free conditions with good yields and short reaction times is developed. This present methodology has notable benefits such as highly efficient, non-toxic catalyst, one-pot solvent-free conditions, simplicity of operation with no necessity of chromatographic purification steps and eco-friendly. And all products have been characterized by melting points and ~1H NMR spectroscopy.
