Two days with halls and booths full of visitors from around Europe, but a final day with nearly empty halls due to a train strike in Paris-the latest edition of the leading trade show Food Ingredients Europe ended with mixed feelings for exhibitors and organisers. But there was no denying of the quality of products on show in the French capital. And dairy had its share in this.
