Indian cement producers seek coke deferments

A nationwide lockdown in India is prompting cement produc- ers to seek deferments on the loading of cargoes of petroleum coke, which they use as a fuel for production. These high-sul- phur coke cargoes were due for loading from refneries in the US and Saudi Arabia.
