Russian coke exports surged in frst half

Russian petroleum coke exports jumped by 57pc on the year to 778,800t in January-June alongside rising output - domestic supplies were steady at 1.32mn t. Production at Russian refineries was 12pc higher than a year earlier at 1.41mn t in the frst fve months of 2020, according to the energy ministry. Lukoil’s 265,000 b/d Perm refinery increased output by 23pc to 354,600t, while Tatneft’s 280,000 b/d Taneko plant boosted production by 42pc to 331,100t. But combined output from Rosneft refineries fell by almost 11pc to around 446,000t.
