Limetree winds down refnery construction

Limetree Refning expects to begin operations early this year at its planned 200,000 b/d refnery on St Croix in the US Virgin Islands. Construction work was wrapping up late last month with plans for a restart of the massive idled facility moved into 2020. Limetree has not updated when the refnery would reach full operations.
