India’s IOC to increase coke production

India’s state-controlled refner IOC plans to increase its petro- leum coke production to 3.3mn t in the current fnancial year, up from 3.2mn t a year earlier. IOC plans to produce and market 2mn t of coke in October 2019-March 2020, the second half of India’s fnancial year. This represents a signifcant increase from year-earlier levels, as it ofsets a 100,000t decline in volumes in the frst half.
