PBF sees logistics plays in marine fuel change

Lower-sulphur fuel requirements for marine vessels will add logistics opportunities for US refners that already expect to proft from the change, PBF Energy chief executive Tom Nimb- ley said. US refners must prepare to take distressed, unfnished feedstocks for hydrocrackers and cokers from less-complex facilities worldwide. But the focus on those highly complex - and expensive - units overlooked more practical matters of moving material around, Nimbley said on a quarterly earnings call.
