Crude oil processing at the six Mexican refneries owned by state-run oil company Pemex decreased last quarter, but executives said they are confdent processing will recover by mid-year. Crude oil throughput averaged 598,400 b/d in the frst three months of the year, 37pc less than a year ago, Pemex said on an earnings call.
