Sinopec reaches deal with independent Wonfull

Chinese state-controlled refining giant Sinopec has reached an agreement to market petroleum coke and other oil products for smaller independent producer Shandong Wonfull. Wonfull has 116,000 b/d of crude distillation capacity and a quota to import 53,000 b/d of crude. The independent has bought US crudes such as Thunderhorse and Mars.
