US rig count lowest since May 2002: Baker Hughes

The US drilling rig count continued to drop for a sixth week to the lowest since May 2002 as crude prices show no sign of recovery. The total fell by 29 to 809 last week, oil field services provider Baker Hughes said. That is the weakest since the 776 seen in May 2002.
