Bosnia-Herzegovina’s Aluminij Mostar aluminium smelting plant will restart production after a lease agreement for the facility was signed between a consortium of investors and the govern- ment. The plant was previously one of the country’s largest power consumers but was forced to close last year after failing to pay its electricity bills.
