Independent refner New Stream’s fagship 180,000 b/d Anti- pinsky refnery in western Siberia has fled for bankruptcy in the Tyumen region arbitration court. New Stream began the process on 16 May, just days after pipeline operator Transneft halted crude supplies to Antipin- sky, the court register shows. The bankruptcy proceedings should improve New Stream’s chances of selling the plant.
