Chevron Sells Charleston Blending Plant to Russian Lube Company

On December 28,2007,Chevron sold a lube blending plant in North Charleston,S.C.,to a Russian lube company that plans to use it for blending and packaging motor oils and other lubes for export,primarily to Africa,the Middle East,and the Asia/Pacific region.The buyer was Delphin USA,based in Roswell,Ga.,a division of Moscow-based Delfin Russia.
