摘要

Polyaniline/cerium oxidate nanofiber membrane was applied to modify Pt (PANI/CeO_2/Pt) by in situ self-assembly method and characterized by SEM, XRD and FT-IR methods. The effect of PANI/CeO_2 on electro-catalyzed oxidation of formic acid was investigated at normal temperature. Cyclic voltammetric measurements indicate the electro-catalysis of Pt is enhanced obviously through the modification. An improved dual-path mechanism is proposed for showing how the nanofiber membrane promotes the oxidation.
