A Multi-Objective Optimization Model for Low-Carbon Power Generation Structure

摘要

The power generation structure planning of power generation industry which is one of the largest CO_2 emission industries has a direct bearing on the effectiveness of low-carbon economic development of China. In order to optimize future power generation structure, this paper established an optimization model for low-carbon power generation structure by taking minimum carbon emission and minimum cost as objective functions, and adopted algorithm NSGA-II to determine a series of Pareto optimal solutions, which were evenly distributed in space with good convergence and robustness. This model was used to analyze optimized power generation structure of 2015 and 2020, the expansion scale of the power generation industry from 2011 to 2020 and CO_2 emission reduction contribution of 2015 and 2020.
