摘要

An integrated approach for speed control of BLDC motor is proposed in this paper. This paper uses an Extended Kalman filter for the estimation of state variables from measured stator voltages and currents. Speed control of the motor is done using conventional PI controller and LQR approach with hall sensors. The simulation is also earned out with sensorless technique. The LQR controller is based on the design of state feedback gain which minimizes the performance index. A performance comparison of speed control with traditional PI controller and LQR method shows that the LQR provides better speed control results than the conventional PI controller
