摘要

An effectual electrochemical sensing method for the rapid determination of triglycerides (TG) was developed by covalently co-immobilizing enzymes onto modified glassy carbon electrode (MNP-CHIT/ZnO-ZnHCF/GCE). The proposed sensor exhibited low detection limit (10 mg/dl). The concentration range from 10 to 1000 mg/dl was electrochemically sensed through cyclic voltammetry (CV), as signal was produced due to the interactions between enzymes and TG. The modified electrode is anti-interferants for electrochemical sensing of TG. In addition, the biosensor was effectively functional to detect TG in serum sample of healthy and diseased persons. This fabrication of TG biosensor was of significant interest because of its signal amplification in the form of current and with excellent storage stability.
