摘要

Tribological properties of composite Langmuir–Blodgett monolayers of oleic acid (OA) with MoS2 nanoparticles formed on silicon surfaces by the horizontal precipitation method were studied. Incorporation of MoS2 (the average particle size ~90nm) into the structure of the layer was found to result in the increase of minimal area per molecule from 0.43nm2 to 0.58nm2 and wear stability of OA monolayer.
