Integrated Scheduling Optimization Algorithm in Vertical and Horizontal Direction

摘要

The current integrated scheduling algorithms of complex product mainly consider horizontal direction and neglect the main effect of internal vertical restraints of product procedures on manufacture efficiency. The total time of the already scheduled procedures before current procedures is considered for the purpose of giving prominence to the effect of the procedures in vertical path on the total process time, but procedures in critical path should priority scheduling can not be guaranteed. Aiming at these problems, a new integrated scheduling optimization algorithm of complex product in vertical and horizontal direction is proposed the algorithm considers the structure of complex product processing tree and determines the scheduling sequence of procedures by priority strategy and critical path strategy. The priority strategy can take into account procedures on the same level of other branches. The critical path strategy can take into account other branches while priority consider the effect of procedures in critical path on the total working hours. The start time of the procedures which have been sequenced is confirmed according to a dispatching rule (Earliest Due Date, EDD). Examples validate that the scheduling strategies proposed are simple and feasible, and they can gain better scheduling result.
