摘要

Incomplete block designs play an important role in both theory and practical for using Mutually Orthogonal Latin Squares (MOLS) and also many incomplete designs are available in the construction for design of experiments, the main drawback hails from their existence for all sets of parameters. Hence, the aspect of their construction becomes very important. In the realm of construction, no unique methodology exists. Different methods of construction of these designs exist in literature. In this paper, the construction of Balanced Incomplete Block Designs (BIBD) through two factorization and coloring graphs using MOLS has been discussed. Application of this method has been established through illustrations.
