摘要

With the gradually trending background of customer demand-oriented in complex product manufacturing, this paper designs the working decomposition process of complex products with the point of customers' demand by employing neural networks. Firstly, based on the axiomatic design (AD), this paper establishes the model of customer demand-oriented work breakdown structure (CDOWBS) in the complex product domain. Then constructing the work breakdown structure of customer demands (CD), functional requirements (FR), design parameters (DP) and their mapping relationships in mutually, meanwhile, optimizing the work breakdown model further by considering the capacity constraints. Next, designing an implemented method based on creating a hierarchical neural network, which need to reflect the relationship between customers' needs and decomposition structure. Finally, simulating the laboratory data has proved the core idea of this paper correctly and effectively. Therefore this hierarchical neural network could be implemented to recognize the appropriate structures of new projects.
