Double Coin Holdings's plant in Thailand is operating at full capacity.It is able to produce off-road and radial truck/bus tires,according to Tim Phillips,VP marketing & operations for Double Coin's CMA LLC subsidiary in Monrovia.Opened in mid-2017 in LK-RICH estate in Rayong,the plant has the capacity to manufacture more than 1.8 million radial truck tires as well as more than 50,000 OTR tires per year,CMA said.Tires made in Thailand were not subject to the elevated antidumoina/ antidumping/ countervailing duties associated with tires produced in China.
