Hangzhou Zhongce, China's largest tyre manufacturer and no. 11 in the world with the turnover of US$ 3.4 billion in 2010 is confident of climbing up further in the rankings following the opening of a new factory in the middle of 2010. Hangzhou plans to increase truck tyres production by nearly 16% to 10.3 million tyres and passenger car tyres production by 28% to 23.1 million. Furthermore, the company produces increasing numbers of OTR and industrial tyres and a huge amount of motorcycles and bike tyres.
