THE REDACTION 2B OF THE 'QUESTIONING BY THE PRINCE IZYASLAV, SON OF YAROSLAV, GRANDSON OF VLADIMIR, OF THEODOSIUS, HEGUMENOS OF THE PECHERSKY MONASTERY, ABOUT THE LATIN FAITH' (A CRITICAL EDITION)

摘要

There is a well known Russian anti-Latin writing under the name of Theodosius Pechersky whose authorship has been questioned many times, and the objections against it have some weight. The issue ordinarily has been addressed without taking into account the redaction 2b of the text because this version remained unedited. In order to shed a new light on this old problem, author of this article produces a critical edition of the redaction 2b of the "Questioning by the prince Izyaslav, son of Yaroslav, grandson of Vladimir, of Theodosius, hegumenos of the Pechersky monastery, about the Latin faith".
