Singaporean prime minister: Next U.S. administration should join CPTPP

The next U.S. administration should seek to join the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for the Trans-Pacific Partnership so it can help set "dynamics" in the region, Singapore's Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong said this week. Loong, who spoke during a July 28 webinar hosted by the Atlantic Council, said he hoped the next administration finds a "way to come back to the TPP."
