摘要

This article introduces the present development status at home and abroad of laser Doppler vibrometer, and analyses the basic principle of self-calibration technique. The one-dimensional self-calibration measurement scheme is designed by laser Doppler vibrometer. Taking gear vibration measurement as an example, four laser Doppler vibrometer are used to construct the self-calibration measurement system. Based on the principle of self-calibration, the system of paraboloid measurement and modification of large satellite antenna and its measurement and modification process are designed.
