Management Development Programme

The Fertiliser Association of India,Eastern Region(FAI-ER)organised a Fertilizer Management Development Programme(MDP)on Fertilizer Industry of India-Challenges and Way Forward during 16-18 March,2019 at the Training Hall of IFFCO Plant,Paradeep,Odisha.Dr.H.Pathak,Director,ICAR-National Rice Research Institute,Cuttack,Odisha was the Chief Guest at the Inaugural Session.Mr.R.S.Chugh,Chief Operating Officer,Paradeep Phosphates Limited,Paradeep and Mr.C.Santosh,General Manager(Technical),IFFCO(PPL),Paradeep graced the occasion as Special Guests.Thirty-nine delegates representing the fertilizer industries from various parts of the country participated in the programme.The programme started with lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest and other dignitaries.
