Tiruchirappalli Local Centre of the Institution in association with the Siemens Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Manufacturing, National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalii organized All India Workshop on the theme 'Opportunities for Industry 4.0 Applications in Indian Industries' during 03-04 January, 2020. The Chief Guest of the function, Prof Dr Mini Shaji Thomas, Director, National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalii in her inaugural address highlighted on various initiatives taken by IEI and NIT Trichy for serving the nation.
