Few foods inspire as much passion and diversity of opinion as raw milk. Jolanta Ganczarczyk travelled to New Zealand, US and Europe, all of which permit raw milk sales, to learn how raw milk is regulated. Many raw milk advocates have questioned Australia's prohibition of raw milk sales, particularly when its sale is legal in other countries, including our neighbour New Zealand.
