KCC to start auto glass output

Leading South Korean float and automotive glass producer KCC Corporation has started commercial production of automotive glass since the third week of April at its upgraded automotive production plant in Yeoju of Gyeonggi Province. The company has recently ramped up the it's auto glass capacity to 220,000 tons per annum. The upgraded facility will produce automotive glasses that are 50 percent wider than existing products at the second line to meet the growing demand for wider auto glasses in the domestic and export markets.
