Lithuania signs deal to explore US LNG imports

Lithuanian state-controlled energy company Lietuvos Energija will start negotiations with US producer Freeport LNG on a possible agreement to supply Lithuania and other Baltic states. Lithuania's president Dalia Grybauskaite announced the agreement on 3 April during an appearance at the White House.
