Murraya koenigii (L.) Spreng, commonly known as "curry plant" is a valuable medicinal plant known for its biochemical and aromatic properties. Present investigation was conducted to evaluate the clonal fidelity in micro-clones of Murraya koenigii using RAPD primers. Out of 45 RAPD primers used, 17 primers gave reproducible banding patterns. Total 532 loci were amplified with an average of 4.47 loci per primers. In most of the samples monomorphic loci were observed. Pair-wise similarity coefficient inmicro-clones and mother plants ranged from 0.77 to 1.00. In RAPD profiles, 95% similarity coefficient among the samples confirm the genetic stability or fidelity of micropropagated plants of Murraya koenigii.
