Eni wraps Indonesia sale

Italy’s Eni has completed the transfer of a 20% stake in the East Sepinggan Area offshore Indonesia to Neptune Energy Group. Eni will continue as operator with a 65% stake in the East Sepinggan Area offshore East Kalimantan. The area holds the Merakes development and the Merakes East discovery.
