Primorsk diesel exports rising

Diesel loadings at Russia's Baltic port of Primorsk are scheduled up by 4.4pc against January on a daily average basis at 1.38mn t this month. Exports of 10ppm sulphur diesel from Gazpromneft's refineries drop by a quarter to 170,000t, following maintenance on the 240,000 b/d Moscow refinery's 5,700 t/d diesel hydrotreater on 10-23 February.
