Exports of refined products from Rosneft's Black Sea Tuapse terminal are due to rise by 6.3pc against January on a daily average basis to 1.35mn t this month. Diesel loadings are scheduled up by 2.8pc to 456,000t this month, although Forteinvest will deliver no 0.25pc sulphur diesel from its 62,000 b/d Krasnodar refinery. Forteinvest supplied a 30,000t cargo to Tuapse from trading firm Glencore in January, traders say. Trading firms Petrocas Energy, Pontos Energy and Maddox are buying 10ppm sulphur diesel this year, with Cetracore taking 0.7pc sulphur product from Rosneft's 240,000 b/d Tuapse refinery.
