Exports of low-sulphur diesel from the Baltic port of Primorsk could receive a 90,000t boost in August with the return of supply from the 180,000 b/d Antipinsky refnery. The extra product would raise planned August loadings to 852,000t — still nearly 28pc lower than the July schedule, but 12pc higher than the original, fve-year low August plan. Antipinsky’s new owner — the Socar Energoresurs joint venture, which took control in June — plans to ship 90,000t to Primorsk in August, for Lukoil trading arm Litasco.
