Does China reduce the massive surplus of steel production ?.......Or it will face trade procedures taken by other countries

China has recorded typical level of steel production last month ,as a result , high prices and profits has encouraged factories which had closed or suspended its activity on the resumption of production in spite of pressure on China to curb production and ease the magnitude of the of the supply in the global market . In March , China's production of steel was 70.65 million tons which means 834 million tons per year. It is expected that there will be more high production in the current April and the next May , which calls for the need to deal with the surplus of this production capacity in fast and structural ways . This lead us to the question : Does China reduce its overcapacity ?...or it will face trade procedures which will impose by other countries.
