Progress and lorospucts of Nuclear Medicine in Oncology:Review on WFNMB2018

摘要

In the last 3 decades, the development of positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET-CT)/ positron emission tomography-magnetic resonance (PET-MR) scanners and the evolution of tumor-related radiopharmaceuticals give us valuable insights into the characteristics of each tumor, including metabolism, specific antigen expression, membrane proliferation, and immune-related response. Since the new concept of "theranostic" which combines diagnosis and therapy was introduced into clinic, there is more and more interest in oncological application of nuclear medicine.
