Pagetoid reticulosis, also known as Woringer–Koloppdisease, is a low-grade primary cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. First described in 1939 by Woringer and Kolopp, it is currently classified as a rare variant of mycosis fungoides (MF) according to the WHO/EORTC classification of cutaneous lymphomas.1–9 In contrast to MF, however, it is extremely indolent and is not associated with extracutaneous spread or death.10 Although localized and disseminated subtypes of pagetoid reticulosis were described in the past, the term pagetoid reticulosis is currently used only to refer to the localized subtype without systemic spread.
