Total issues formal invites for Angolan ACCE tie-back

Total has formally invited bids as it kicks off the ACCE tie-back project in Block 32 off Angola. As previously revealed by AOG (see 30 August 2018), the company has been talking to all the major subsea contractors for some time, but it has now issued the formal invitation for front end engineering and EPCI for the tie-back project involving the subsea production system, SURF and topsides modifications. Interest is due in by next Friday - March 15th.
