Pura Vida Energy is trying to persuade the authorities that it still has the rights to a block offshore Gabon where it is trying to commercialise a shallow water discovery. The Australian company is negotiating to bring in a partner to drill on the Loba discovery in the Nkembe block in the second half of the year following recent agreements with Add Energy and Havoc Partners.
